The HDL602 high-temperature liquid level transmitter is an engineering marvel composed of a robust stainless steel gas collector, a resilient stainless steel capillary, and a meticulously designed junction box. The sensor and signal processing circuits are expertly engineered within the junction box, while the gas collecting cylinder is strategically placed into the measured liquid, tasked with the precise collection of pressure signals. The collected liquid level pressure signal is transported through the stainless steel capillary to the sensor, ensuring no direct contact between the sensor and the medium. This design beautifully adapts to high-temperature, corrosive environments, providing an elegant solution for the challenges of measuring high-temperature corrosive liquid and sewage levels.
The HDL602 series is celebrated for its extensive application in the measurement and control of liquid levels across a spectrum of industries including environmental protection, water conservancy, variable frequency water supply, industrial process control, and the chemical sector. When dealing with media such as sewage and silt, our products can be customized with an added filter structure to meet specific customer requirements.
