The HDL602 high temperature liquid level transmitter is ingeniously crafted with a stainless steel gas collector, capillary, and junction box. Its sensor and signal processing circuit are ingeniously housed within the junction box, with the gas collecting cylinder immersing in the liquid to gather pressure signals. This sophisticated design allows the gas in the collector to transmit liquid level pressure signals through the stainless steel capillary, thus safeguarding the sensor from direct contact with the medium, adeptly resisting high-temperature corrosion, and providing a precise solution for measuring corrosive liquids and sewage levels.
The versatile HDL602 series excels in liquid level measurement and control across diverse sectors including environmental protection, water conservancy, frequency conversion water supply, industrial process control, and chemical industries. For challenging media like sewage and silt, customizable filter structures can be incorporated to meet specific customer requirements.
