Installation Guide

In open environments, our installation typically utilizes a bracket method, equipped with a convenient spiral ring to secure the instrument. Alternatively, you can create a circular 60mm hole at the installation point on the tank top or lid, insert the meter, and secure it with a screw ring from bottom to top. Ensure the probe surface aligns perfectly with the liquid surface for optimal performance, as illustrated on the right. The probe targets the liquid surface, reflects back, and calculates the measurement space H from the wave reflection time. The current level L is obtained by subtracting H from the instrument's installation height TH. The meter range, the maximum measurable distance, must exceed TH, and the blind zone, where measurement near the probe is impossible, must be avoided. For instance, a 0.5m blind zone requires a minimum 0.5m gap between the highest liquid level and the probe. With a measuring range of 6 meters and a blind zone of 0.45 meters, the practical maximum liquid level is: 0 ~ 5.55 meters. The probe emits waves in a diffusion manner with a directional angle, so careful installation is necessary to prevent interference from pool wall protrusions or channel edges.
